WHAT'S THE WARRANTY SITUATION?
If you submit a warranty claim, you will be asked to provide the Email you registered the warranty with, the serial number on your SWFT product, and proof of purchase from a SWFT-approved retailer.

SWFT Products that are sold by a non-approved SWFT retailer will not be eligible for warranty coverage. If you have questions on who an approved SWFT seller is, please reach out to hello@rideswft.com.
SWFT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS AND WILL COMMUNICATE THE DECISION TO THE OWNER VIA EMAIL.
SWFT WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED COVERED COMPONENT. PROOF OF PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR VALID WARRANTY COVERAGE.
E-Bikes
To find your serial number, locate the sticker on the bottom of your bicycle frame near the chain wheel. The serial number will start with the name and color of your bike. For example, if you own a Zip model in the color black, your serial number will start with "ZIPBLK".Our warranties cover your SWFT E-Bike purchase against manufacturing defects. Just register your bike and read the details below:
Frame: 24 months
Battery: 12 months
Electric Motor: 12 months
Charger/Controller: 12 months
Other Electric Parts: 24 months
This warranty covers manufacturer defects and normal use only. It does not cover the product due to rider misuse, neglect, accident or improper servicing. Any attempt of repair done by the consumer (other than tires and normal adjustments) will void the warranty.
E-Mopeds
To find your serial number, locate the sticker affixed above the footrest.Our warranties cover your SWFT e-moped purchase against manufacturing defects. Just register your bike and read the details below:
Frame: 24 months
Battery: 12 months
Electric Motor: 12 months
Charger/Controller: 12 months
Other Electric Parts: 6 months
This warranty covers normal use only. It does not cover the product due to rider misuse, neglect, accident or improper servicing. It also does not include a warranty for brake shoes or tires. Any attempt of repair done by the consumer (other than tires and normal adjustments) will void the warranty.
E-Scooters
To find your serial number, locate the stickers on the scooter platform near the charging port. Remove 1 sticker to keep for future reference.Your SWFT e-scooter purchase automatically includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Just reach out by phone or email at returns@cecesebikegarage.com within 1 year of original purchase, and we'll be in touch with return instructions.
Hoverboards
To find your serial number, locate the sticker on the underside of your hoverboard.Your SWFT hoverboard purchase automatically includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Just reach out by phone or email at returns@cecesebikegarage.com within 1 year of original purchase, and we'll be in touch with return instructions.
*Record your serial number to keep for future reference. This serial number is required for our manufacturer to investigate customer complaints and issues. This information is only available on the SWFT product itself.
There is no record of your serial number at the store purchased or with our company. It is your responsibility to record this information.
