Refund & Shipping Policies
PURCHASED BUT NOT SHIPPED (CANCELLATION):
Cancellation before shipment is subject to an 5% processing fee.
For all pre-orders/backorder, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship. Any and all pre-orders/backorder that are canceled prior to shipping are only eligible for a 95% refund of the total order normal price.
THE SCOOTER HAS BEEN DELIVERED (UNUSED):
No returns are possible after 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the scooter must be unused, free from dirt, or dust, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You will be charged up to a 20% restocking fee. (withheld from refund)
After receiving the goods and completing the inspection, we will refund the money.
We do not offer returns on used items except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.
Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from MUKUTA. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of MUKUTA, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned, or sacrifice the item.
If your approved return passes our inspection, you will pass your return request, we will provide the shipping label.
Please notify us as soon as possible after you send your return by emailing email@example.com and provide a tracking number. Once we received the item, we will either replace the item or give you a refund. This will be issued within 3 days.
If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Customer Service Team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
We received the scooter and then checked approval If you haven’t received a refund after 3 days of we confirm the and check.
Please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email firstname.lastname@example.org

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact the email and provide us with photo or video proof.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
SCOOTER QUALITY PROBLEM
Please contact us through the email and provide photos and videos within 14 days of the receiving the product.
For more than 14 days, we do not accept the return.
But it can be warranty. For details, refer to WARRANTY POLICY
1.Shipping Area (USA free shipping)
We Currently Only Ship To Locations Within The United States And It Is Free Shipping (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, And Islands).
We ship scooters by FedEx or UPS.
For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 2 days.)
For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 1-3 business days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx.
Standard Shipping United States 3-10 business days.
Any delivery dates provided by MUKUTA are estimates.
- NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
-$20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit shipping information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
-$80 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address.
-If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we'll apply to FedEx/UPS, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.
You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on www.mukutariding.com. For more shipping information, send an email. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
1) For orders, we will consider the date of receipt of payment as the order date, so the processing and shipping time are based on that order date;
2) For countries outside of the United States, we do not offer shipping services at this time.
Please subscribe to our website by email first. Mr. Siga will make every effort to launch shipping services to countries outside of the United States as soon as possible. We will inform you when shipping service is available.
3) Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in delivery.
